With a great team comes great responsibility.
The responsibilities assigned to a team as a high-level list showing name (as a link to the details), description, the priority of the responsibility, when the responsibility was assigned and other information
As well as goals, roles have responsibilities. There are many ways to assign tasks but few tools work to instill a sense of responsibly in team members. But when team members don't take on team responsibilities how much productivity does the team lose?

MetaTeam takes team responsibilities as a core ingredient of success.

A view of the action records for one responsibility showing the record types (including two meetings, a deliverable, a news item, etc) with one records description popped up for easy viewing of the HTML formatted information
Wether you are responsible for taking meeting minutes, taking the pulse of team moral or logging day-to-day operations you need to keep records.

MetaTeam associates a set of records with each responsibility. Each record has action and outcome fields with a category to help organize information.

Responsibilities go hand in hand with team roles. A role that has no responsibilities is essentially no role at all.

MetaTeam makes it a snap to assign responsibilities to roles. Everyone can see exactly what is expected of them and their teammates.

The responsiblity definitions created by the current user that can be used to assign multiple specific responsibilities that are related by their common underlying defintions
Just as it does with goals, MetaTeam lets you create responsibility definitions that you can use to categorize the responsibilities you assign in different teams, projects or groups.

Now team members can not only see what they are responsible for, they can also relate their work to the commitments of other people in the organization. Just another way that MetaTeam helps everyone stay aligned.

Suddenly people are taking responsibility.
