eVisioner offers Premium Support with MetaTeam Enterprise Edition. Customers with Premium Support receive upgrades and patches as they become available.
Enterprise Edition customers also have full access to the MetaTeam Support Site forums and issues tracker, as well as email support.
The Workgroup Edition of MetaTeam is freely available to the public and, as such, is offered without support. We will, of course, attempt to respond to inquiries via our contact form. However, most setup, configuration and operational issues will be resolved by your internal IT support.
